I just launched my new personal MySpace page. It’s a flash template. I usually don’t mess with flash because of it’s poor search engine performance, but I’m using this site to market to local MySpace users. Therefore, I won’t have to rely on search engine rankings.

Today, I created and launched SEOcyclopedia.com, a wiki reference to Search Engine Optimization terms, tips, and tricks.

I had a 12-hour deadline when I started the project, so it’s not my best work. I plan on turning it into a Joomla site, keeping the wiki, and integrating a forum and some other cool features.

Today, for my Business Writing class, I designed a 11″ * 17″ print advertisement for a fake Burger King product line, FireFries.

This week, for Digital Technologies class, I am creating a wiki about search engine optimization and marketing. It will allow anyone to join, share, write, and edit content relating to SEO. It will serve as an encyclopedia, handbook, and community for Internet marketing.

This site will be up and running Wednesday, November 28, at the latest. You can (or will be able to) view it at SEOcyclopedia.com.

For my Business Writing class, I’m designing a poster to advertise a fake food. Although it is not a real advertisement, it will give prospective clients an idea of my skill level when designing ad graphics and posters.

Within the upcoming weeks, I’m expecting to design a top-quality web site for the Baltimore-Harford District of the United Methodist Church.

Once we agree on the terms of the project, I’ll post more info about it.

Soon, I will officially launch the completed web site for Syncrude Africa, an international syncrude oil refinery corporation.

The site has already been started, but it is only a temporary project. Within the next few weeks, I will be working on a complete, comprehensive, and top-of-the-line web site for Syncrude Africa.

By January, I’m expecting to design the web site for Holland Hill, a Rosedale community that is right on the line of Northeast Baltimore.

The web site will most likely be either a Joomla, Drupal, or Wordpress site, and it will be synchronized with the community newsletter, the Holland Hill Windmill.

There’s a new company I’m going to officially launch within the next month.

It’s Raw Street Music, the first Mid-Atlantic underground hip hop marketing company/forum, ever. Not only will I establish a flourishing and popular forum for local, underground rap music, but I will also establish a line of unique, original services to go with niche.

RawStreetMusic.com is already up and running, although it will endure a complete redesign within the next few weeks. This project promises success because there is a prominent need for it in major cities, especially Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, there is no competition.

Mortgage Planning Company is a new mortgage company with a focus on personal financial planning and strategic decision making. Similar to the CitiGroup mortgage concept, but quite a bit refined, MPC will allow clients to plan out their entire financial lives when purchasing or refinancing.

I will be working with Mortgage Planning Company to create a brilliant sales copy, web site, and advertising graphics and ideas that will bring in additional business to the company, and provide a professional reputation.
