Born March 29, 1988, Derek Conjar had a fairly normal childhood. Residing on the city-county line into Northeast Baltimore, he grew up in a middle class American family. Throughout his childhood, he was recognized for his intellect and ambition.

At age 11, he became very interested in business. Before he was 12 years old, he was making consistent income through his own personalized greeting card business, Conjar Cards. He then experimented with tutoring, computer installing, landscaping, and finally settled on marketing and design.

His resume includes experience as Marketing Coordinator of a local insurance agency, and he is currently employed as a part-time marketer for a State Farm insurance agency. He is also a full-time student at Towson University. While juggling his career and schoolwork with regular college life, he still finds time to run his lucrative, full-service web design company, Web Site Delivered.

His company is growing rapidly, and he plans on starting several low-maintenance businesses within the next few years. He lives with dedication to his career, his principles, and his mission:
